摘 要:比较4种大孔树脂对甜荞麦壳中类黄酮的吸附及解吸性能,以吸附率、解吸率为考察指标,对大孔树脂纯化甜荞麦壳中类黄酮的工艺进行研究。结果表明:AB-8大孔树脂对甜荞麦壳类黄酮的吸附和解吸性能最好,AB-8大孔树脂对甜荞麦壳类黄酮吸附纯化的最佳工艺条件为:吸附液浓度0.24mg/mL,上柱量为8BV,吸附流速2.0mL/min,解吸液浓度40%,解吸流速1.0mL/min。通过本工艺类黄酮的纯度可由27.9%提高到59.5%。Absorbability and desorption property of four macroporous resins for general flavonoids was compared. Taking the Absorbability and desorption property as a guideline, this research has study the purifying conditions of general flavonoids from buckwheat hulls with macroporous resin. The result showed that the absorbability and desorption property of AB-8 macroporous resin are the best to general flavonoids in buckwheat hulls. The best purification condition in buckwheat hulls is: general flavonoids concentration 0.24 mg/ mL, quantity of general flavonoids solution 8 BV, adsorption velocity of flow 2.0 mL/min, concentration of desorption solution 40%, desorption velocity of flow 1.0 mL/min. The purity of general flavonoids extracted from buckwheat hulls is raises to 59.5% from 27.9%.
