摘 要:以原玉米淀粉、氯乙酸为主要原料,先用乙醇制备非晶颗粒态玉米淀粉,然后将氢氧化钠和氯乙酸加入反应瓶中制备羧甲基淀粉。研究了氯乙酸用量、氢氧化钠用量、反应体系水分含量、反应温度、时间对样品取代度(DS)的影响。结果表明:在m(氯乙酸)/m(淀粉)为0.2,n(氢氧化钠)/n(淀粉)为0.4,反应体系水分25%条件下,温度55℃反应4h得到较高取代度的羧甲基淀粉CMS。Taking initial corn starch and chloroacetic acid as raw materials, non-crystal granular corn starch was prepared by ethanol, and then alkali as well as chloroacetic acid were added into reaction bulb to prepare carboxymethyl starch (CMS). The effects of dosages of chloroacetic acid and NaOH, water content of reaction system, reaction temperature and time on the degree of substitution (DS) were researched. The results indicated that CMS with higher DS was obtained under the condition of weight ratio of chloroacetic acid and starch 0.2, molar ratio of sodium hydroxide and starch 0.4, moisture content 25% , temperature 55℃ and reaction time 4 h.
