高中生职业性别刻板印象的内隐联想测验研究

摘　　要：本研究采用IAT实验设计,考察高中生的内隐职业性别刻板印象,结果发现,IAT方法能检测到高中生存在职业性别刻板印象;IAT所测量到的内隐职业性别刻板印象不存在性别、学科性质差异;内隐职业性别刻板印象较稳定,不易受到其他因素影响。This study examines the implicit occupational gender stereotype of senior middle school students by IAT. The results showed that Implicit occupational gender stereotypes were apparently found in senior middle students by IAT; No difference in gender or major was found in implicit occupational gender stereotype by IAT; Implicit attitude towards occupational gender is stable, and not easily subject to the to influence of other factors.
