摘　　要：由于客观环境及主观意识等诸多因素,当代大学生的法律意识水平还亟待提高。通过分析目前高校在校大学生法律意识的现状及成因,探讨如何在实际育人过程中不断改进方法,培养出满足社会发展所需要的高素质人才。Influenced by various factors such as surroundings and subjective consciousness, today college students＇ awareness of the law and regulations is in bad need of improving. The article analyzes today＇s college undergraduates＇ awareness of law and regulations together with the causes that result in such awareness, and explores how to improve .educational methods in teaching practice, to accomplish the task of sending highquality talents who meets social development requirement.
