摘　　要：全面素质教育是为了适应现代社会对人的素质的需要,也是为了适应现代社会中人自身的需要,提出提高人的全面素质当然是针对原有教育模式存在着不全面的地方。这个不全面的地方主要是指对培养人的创新精神和实践能力的重视不够。因此,改革人才培养就成为实现全面素质教育的重要课题。而培养创新精神的关键是培养创新思维。Overall quality-oriented education is for meeting the needs of modern society to people＇s quality,put forward the overall quality of improving people for meeting the modern social middleman＇s own need too,it is certainly the place mean to train initiative spirit of people and attention,practice of ability enough mainly.So reforming personnel training becomes the important subject which realizes overall quality-oriented education.And the key of training the initiative spirit is to train innovative thinking.
