摘　　要：本文从影响现代远程教育学习效果的因素出发,分析远程教育资源的功能与特点,提出现代远程教育资源建设中要以教学内容为基础,以学习者特点、教学条件为依据,实现技术性与教育性的紧密结合,提高教育资源建设质量。Starting from the factors that influence the learning effect of modern distance education,the article analyses the functions and features of distance education resources,and argues that resource construction should be based on the teaching contents,learners' characteristics and teaching conditions in order to realize the close combination of technology and education,and improve the quality of the resources.
