摘　　要：随着重庆市统筹城乡综合配套改革实验的推进,大量农民工子女进城上学成为必然。主城初中教育将面临生源结构变化、学生日常管理难度加大、名校规模扩大、校际之间发展不平衡可能进一步加剧等问题,必须积极应对并大胆地探索解决问题的方法。With the promotion of Chongqing overall urban-rural development reform experiment, it is a necessary trend that the children of peasant-workers go to school in cities. Therefore, the origin of new students in junior high schools in main urban areas of Chongqing will change and it is more difficult to conduct daily management of students＇ affairs. Besides, the scales of some famous schools will enlarge, and inter-school development unbalance will further deepen. We must actively respond to the problems and bravely explore solutions to them.
