摘　　要：高等职业教育作为提高劳动者技能和改善劳动者素质的重要手段,在推进河南经济发展,城镇化建设,进而实现全面小康起到了重要的作用。当前,应当强化对高等职业教育的认识、加快推进职业资格证书制度和就业准入制度、明确企业在高等职业教育发展中的责任、改革高等职业教育的人才培养模式和完善高等职业教育的经费筹措机制,以促进其健康发展。Higher vocational education as to improve the skills of workers and improve the quality of workers an important tool in promoting the economic development of Henan, urbanization, and to achieve all-round well-off has played an important role. At present, should strengthen the awareness of higher vocational education and accelerating the vocational qualification certificate system in employment and access to the system, clearly in the development of higher vocational education in the responsibilities, the reform of higher vocational education training model of higher vocational education and improve the financing of Mechanisms to promote their healthy development.
