摘  要:农村教师的培养、稳定是农村教育顺利发展、实现城乡教育均衡发展的关键。反思我国农村中小学教师的培养,我们认为应该进一步加强师范生“农村感”的培养,使农村中小学教师形成合理的“农村”观念和深厚的“农村”情感,从而确保农村教师队伍数量与质量的稳定,提高农村教育的质量,推动城乡教育的均衡发展。Culturing stabling the rural teacher is the key of smoothly developing the rural education and equalizing education between the rural and urban. Reflecting the teachers' culturing at the elementary and secondary school in Chinese countryside, we consider it necessary to strengthen the "rural feeling" of normal college students in order to form the rational "rural" idea and feeling, stable the rural teacher, improve the quality of rural education and e- qualize education between the rural and the urban.
