幼儿教师儿童学习观的质性分析

摘　　要：教师的儿童学习观是教师教育观念系统中的核心内容,本研究运用质性分析的方法,发现教师的儿童学习观主要表现为三个方面:对儿童学习的基本认识、儿童知识的形成以及儿童学习的过程。教师的儿童学习观表现为两种类型,具有朴素性、层次性和内隐性特征。Teacher＇s beliefs on children＇s learning are the core part in teacher＇s educational beliefs systems. This research discusses teachers＇ beliefs on children＇s learning with qualitative analysis and finds three important areas, that is, beliefs on what is learning, how children gain knowledge and children＇s learning process. The results show that there are two types of teachers＇ beliefs on children＇s learning and these beliefs are naive and implicit.
