摘  要:针对张量积小波不具有对称性,在图像融合中难以获得高空间分辨率图像的问题,文中提出了伸缩矩阵为[2,0;0,2],且具有紧支撑、对称性和正交性的不可分小波的一种构造方法,并把此类小波应用于多光谱图像与高分辨率图像的融合中.利用矩阵扩充方法设计了4通道6×6对称的不可分小波滤波器组,并构造出多组滤波器组,利用此类滤波器组中的低通滤波器对图像进行加性分解与重构;对QuickBird及其它类多光谱图像与高分辨率图像的融合进行了研究,提出了3种融合模式NAWS、NAWRGB和NAWL.对这些模式进行了实验研究,并采用客观性能指标对融合结果图像进行了客观评价.实验结果表明,该方法对多光谱图像与高分辨率图像的融合有较好的融合效果,与张量积小波的融合方法、可分的加性小波融合方法和二通道不可分加性小波融合方法相比,该方法在保持图像的高空间分辨率方面有优越的性能,能从原图像中获得更多的信息.同时该方法又能保持较好的多光谱信息.In order to solve the problem that separable wavelets are not symmetry and can not get high spatial resolution image. This paper presents a construction method of a class of wavelets, non-separable wavelets which dilation matrix is [2,0 ; 0,2] and has compactly support, symmetry, orthogormality and its application in the fusion of multi-spectral image and panchromatic image. Using matrix expansion, a method constructing four channels 6×6 filter bank is presented. Quickbird images are decomposed and reconstructed through additive wavelet mode using the lowpass filter of the filter bank. Three fusion modes called NAWS, NAWRGB and NAWL are proposed in the fusion of multi-spectral image and panchromatic image. The fusion performance of the fusion method is evaluated using objective index. The experiment results show that this method have good visual effective in the preservation of spectral quality and spatial resolution information. This fusion method outperforms tensor product wavelet fusion method, separable additive wavelet fusion method and two channels non-separable additive wavelet fusion method in the preservation of spatial resolution information and can get more information from the source images. The fusion method can also preserve good spectral quality.
