摘  要:蛹虫草具有抗衰老、抗癌抑癌等功效,而有机锗具有抗病毒、抗炎、抗癌等药用功效。为了提高蛹虫草对培养基中GeO2的富集能力,采用离子束注入蛹虫草,选育出富锗能力强的10号菌株,在不同氧化锗浓度下,其生物量比原始菌株高,总体来说,低浓度锗促进生长,高浓度锗有一定抑制作用;锗浓度为200mg/L时,菌丝体内的锗含量达1201.063μg/g,比诱变前增加61.25%;此时锗的富集率达5.298%,比诱变前增加44.56%;确定培养基内添加GeO2浓度为200~300mg/L。Cordyceps mifitaris has the effect of anti-aging, anti-cancer;organic germanium has the drug effect of anti-virus,anti-inflammation and anti-cancer. In order to increase the ability of accumulating Ge in Cordyceps militaris,Ge-enriched No.10 strain was screened by ion beam implatation,whose biomass was higher than the original one when adding different concentrations of GeO2 in culture medium, generally speaking, Ge in lower concentration could accelerate the growth of mycelia,while higher concentration inhibit.When the concentration of GeO2 was 200mg/L,the quantity of germanium was 1201.O631Jg/g in mycelia of No.10 s/rain,which was a 61.25% increase compared with the original strain, rate of Ge accumulation was 5.298% ,which was 44.56% higher than that of the oriclinal one.The concentration of GeO, addina into the medium was 200-300mg/L finally.
