摘 要:通过单因素及正交实验优化了微波法提取红三叶草总异黄酮的实验条件。正交实验结果显示,当微波功率为800W、微波时间为6min、微波温度为70℃、溶剂浓度为55%、液固比为10mL/g时,红三叶草总异黄酮得率和含量分别达27.78mg/g和7.72%。与醇提法、超声波法提取相比,微波法提取具有用时短、溶剂消耗少、选择性好及操作方便等特点。In order to gain the optimal extraction conditions of isofiavones from red clover( Trifolium pratense L.) by microwave,we optimized the condition by single and orthogonal experiment.The results of orthogonal experiment indicated that the yield and content of isofiavones from red clover in the extracts were 22.78mg/g and 7.72%, respectively,when microwave power was at 800W, microwave time was 6min, ethanol solution was 55%, and the liquid-solid ratio was 10mL/g.Compared with simple ethanol extraction and ultrasonic extraction, microwaveassisted extraction is a fast,solution saving,good-selective and convenient method.
