摘　　要：为提高高速客运专线对中速列车晚点的应变能力，提出组织高速列车在区间内越行中速列车的行车组织方法。在对区间内渡线设计的技术要求、运行图基本时间参数以及对区间通过能力影响分析计算的基础上，提出相关的结论性意见。In order to enhance the flexible ability for the special high speed passenger line to meet an emergency of delay of medium speed trains,this paper puts forward the organization of high speed train to overtake medium speed train in section,which may be used as an organization method of train operation.On the bases of analyses and calculations of the technical requirements for the design of the cross over lines in section,the basic time parameters of the train working diagram and the influence upon the carrying capacity in section,a conclusive proposal is presented.
