摘　　要：在翻译过程中,人们认识原文中的每一个词却无法创作出优秀的译文,这主要是缺乏对英汉语言文化知识了解的缘故。文化的内涵很丰富,本文主要阐述习俗文化差异对英汉翻译的影响。Due to the ignorance of the knowledge of the cuhure differences, translators cannot produce an excellent version even they know each word of the source text. In this paper, the functions of social custom differences in translation are mainly expounded.
