摘　　要：在教师教育转型的关键时期,地方高师院校教师教育的发展受到了来自体制内外诸多方面的影响和制约,本文通过对当下我国地方高师院教师教育的现状及存在问题的梳理和分析,提出了促进地方高师院校教师教育发展的策略。At the critical times of the change of teachers＇education model, the development of the teachers＇education in local teachers＇colleges is influenced and restricted by many internal and external factors. This paper introduces the present situation of teachers＇oducation in local teachers＇colleges and analyzes its problems. The author puts forword some strategies of developing teachers＇education in local teachers＇colleges.
