摘　　要：在经济全球化背景下,企业在对英语专业人才需求量不断增加的同时,对其英语交际能力和岗位实际操作能力也提出了更高要求。以培养高等应用型人才为目标的高等职业院校,应该以就业为导向,以岗位能力标准为依据,以交际能力培养为重点,以现代化教学手段为依托,全面加强英语教学改革,切实提高人才培养的针对性。Under the economic globalization background, enterprise at the time of increasing to professional talented person＇s demand of English continuously, as to it＇s English social intercourse ability and post operated the ability to also put forward the higher request physically.With foster high etc. and apply a talented person for high etc. occupation college of target, should take employment as the direction, with the post ability standard is basis, with the social inte^ourse ability development for point, with modernization the teaching means for rely on, strengthen English reform in education completely, slice solid exaltation the talented person development.
