摘　　要：以创新推广理论为框架,通过对理论要点的分析与阐述,提出高校教育技术创新推广的特征和策略,并在实践中加以实施,获得较好的效果,为高校快速有效进行教育技术推广应用提供借鉴。From the perspective of the innovation diffusion theory, the author demonstrates the characteristics and strategies of the application of the theory of innovation diffusion which has been effectively implemented, in higher education. With the development of the innovation diffusion theory, education technology has achieved great advances to promote its wide application in higher education institutions.
