摘 要:阀系参数设计是减振器设计的关键性问题,在实际设计中还没有可靠、实用的设计方法。文中通过减振器阻尼构件分析,根据阀片变形精确解析式,以及节流压力与流量之间关系,建立了阀系参数多分段黄金分割设计方法。通过实例,对阀系参数进行了多分段黄金分割设计,并对减振器进行了阻力特性试验。结果表明,参数设计值与曲线拟合优化设计值和厂家图纸标注值吻合,特性试验值与目标要求值很接近;说明该设计方法准确、简便和实用,对减振器设计具有重要推广应用价值。The design of throttle valves parameters is a key issue in shock absorber design, but so far no reliable and practical method is available. In this paper, based on the analysis on the damping parts of shock absorber, the analytic formulae of throttle slice deformation and the relation between throttling pressure drop and flow rate, a multi-segment golden-section design of valves parameters is established. A practical design example of throttle valves parameters of shock absorber by this new method is given, with a test on resistance characteristics of shock absorber conducted. The results show that the designed values of parameters are fairly close to that designed by curve fitting optimization and that shown on the shock absorber blueprint of manufacturer, and the values obtained from characteristics test quite agree with that required. This indicates that the design method presented is accurate, handy and practical with high popularization value for shock absorber design.
