摘 要:淡雅型风格是黄淮流域浓香型白酒在传统风格基础上,以市场为中心的创新,有其新的内涵与要求;风格与传统的区别是香气优雅、复合、飘逸,追求口感上的绵柔与细腻;淡雅风格是骨架成分含量较低的酯香与窖香、曲香、糟香、粮香、陈香的相互协调与完美复合;淡雅型白酒必须做到淡雅风格与饮用舒适度的高度统一,并把淡雅风格与对人体的保健功能结合进行研究、创新。Elegant type liquor is developed through market-oriented innovation on the basis of traditional styles of Luzhou-flavor liquor made in Huanghuai drainage basin. Its styles are different from that of traditional Luzhou-flavor liquor. It has elegant aroma and soft and exquisite taste. The formation of elegant liquor styles could manifest the mutual harmony and the perfect integration of esters flavor containing lower framework compositions, pits aroma, starter aroma, grains aroma, and aging aroma. The innovation of elegant style liquor aims to achieve high unity of elegant styles and drinking comfort. Besides, the innovation of elegant style liquor should also take into consideration healthcare functions of liquor.
