摘　　要：本文论述了辅导员工作的重要性。强调了辅导员不仅要具备“三心”素质，更要充分发挥辅导员工作管理艺术，才能教育好学生，为祖国培养合格建设者和接班人。This article elaborated the importance which the instructor works. Not only emphasized the instructor to have to have ＂three hearts＇, the quality, had to display the instructor job management art fully, could educate the good student, for motherland trained qualified constructor and successor.
