摘 要:随着云南省九年制义务教育的稳步推进,全省除了极少数边远贫困地区外,绝大多数地区已经普及了九年制义务教育,义务教育阶段的重点已经逐步由普及转移到了提升教育质量上来,而提升教育质量的关键在于提高教师的素质。要缩小东西部教育差距和城乡教育差距,解决教育公平问题,提高农村义务教育阶段教师队伍的素质,已成了一个关键的问题。With the progress of the nine - year compulsory education in Yunnan, except a very few remote poor areas, most places of Yunnan now offer the nine - year compulsory education. Thus, the focus has shifted from the popularization of compulsory education to the improvement of its quality which relies on the improvement of the teachers'quality. The improvement of the quality of the teachers for the compulsory education in the countryside can help narrow the differences in education between east China and west China, between the city and the countryside, and help provide equal education to all.
