25型客车密接式车钩缓冲装置的研制

摘　　要：通过对国内外密接式车钩的应用情况进行调研,结合国内25型客车基本参数,提出了25型客车密接式车钩缓冲装置的基本性能及技术参数,通过方案设计及强度、曲线通过计算,确定了产品的型式及具体尺寸。对试制样机进行装车连挂及通过曲线试验;对零部件进行了静拉强度校核。研制的25型客车用密接式车钩缓冲装置从技术上实现了既有25型客车装用密接式车钩缓冲装置的要求,而且换装工作简便易行,在车辆段即可完成与15号车钩缓冲装置的换装,可以大大改善列车的纵向动力学性能。Research on the tight- lock coupler＇s, applying condition inland and aboard, according to the dimension of the 25 type passenger cars, the tight - lock coupler and draft gear using on 25 type passenger cars is developed. The work include the plan design, intensity and curving computing. Then the sample is fitted on the car to verify its coupling and curving performance, and also the static running- out test is carried out on the sample. The device make 25 type passenger cars fitted with the tight- lock coupler and draft gear into reality. And the device can improve the longitudinal dynamics performance.
