摘　　要：对长大下坡道区段开行重载列车如何保证周期制动时列车制动机充风时间及低速慢行等安全问题作了论述,提出了相应的验算评价方法和机车动力制动故障时安全运行的应急措施。This paper discusses the security problems of how to ensure air- filled time in periodic train braking and low- speed running problem for heavy haul trains on the long heavy down grade. Check - calculation and evaluation method and emergency measures of dynamic braking fault for safe running are proposed.
