摘  要:为了提高壳聚糖的产量,通过对紫红曲霉菌(Monascus purpureus went)进行60Co及紫外复合诱变,考察不同诱变剂量下菌体的致死率和正突变率,以确定最佳的诱变条件,获得一株稳定性良好的突变株C16,经过液态发酵进行壳聚糖的提取,壳聚糖的产量提高了5.46%,再以贵州特色资源——山药、苦荞及天麻为基质对C16进行培养条件优化,壳聚糖产量提高2.254%。In order to increase the output of chitosan, Monascus purpureus was induced by ^60Co and UV. The death rate of bacterial cell and the mutation rate under the different doses of mutagen were investigated to determine the optimal conditions for mutation, and ultimately to achieve a stable mutant C 16. Through the extraction of chitosan after liquid fermentation, the chitosan yield increased by 5.46%. When Guizhou characteristic resources, such as Chinese yam, bitter buckwheat and the gastrodia data, were used as substrates for the fermentaion of C16 to optimize the culture conditions, the chitosan yield enhanced 2.254%.
