摘  要:对参比燃料/柴油双燃料SCCI(Stratified Charge Compression Ignition,SCCI)燃烧进行了试验研究.分析了预喷燃料辛烷值以及预混合率对双燃料SCCI燃烧特性的影响.研究了各当量比Φ下双燃料SCCI的最高压力和最大压力升高率,提出可以在限制爆震的前提下,通过优化预喷燃料的辛烷值及预混合率实现高效清洁的SCCI燃烧,并可将发动机负荷范围大大拓展.结果表明:在中低负荷区域(Φ<0.481),低辛烷值预喷燃料可以提供良好的着火稳定性;而在高负荷区域(Φ>0.561),高辛烷值预喷燃料可以避免爆震并且保持较高的热效率.An experimental study was conducted to investigate the PRF/diesel dual fuel SCCI (stratified charge compression ignition) combustion. The effects of the octane number and the premixed ratio on the SCCI combustion characteristics were explored. With the analysis of peak cylinder pressure and peak pressure-rise rate of SCCI under various equivalence ratios, it is found that effective and clean SCCI combustion was achievable within the knock limit by the optimization of the premixed ratio as well as the octane number of the port injected fuel. The results indicate that when Ф is lower than 0. 481, the port injected fuel of low octane number is able to achieve stable SCCI combustion. And when Ф is higher than 0. 561, the port injected fuel of high octane number is effective to avoid knocking while maintaining good efficiency.
