摘　　要：根据高校教师工作考核的内容，建立了层次结构模型。用ＡＨＰ方法求出了各考核指标的相对权重，并对教师工作的定性。In this paper,the hierarchy structure model is set up in accordance with the content of college and university teacher’s job examination,and the relative weight number of every examination target is obtained by the AHP method.Finally,teacher’s qualitative and quantitative targets are dealt with by the normalized method.
