大学课堂学生资源荒废现象研究

摘　　要：自2007年教育部和财政部启动"质量工程"以来,大学课堂学生资源荒废现象成为一个急需研究的命题。大学课堂学生资源荒废的表现多种多样,且背后隐藏着深层次的原因。总的来说,大学课堂资源荒废具体表现在硬件资源的荒废,人力资源的荒废和隐性资源的荒废三个方面;而造成这些现象的深层次原因主要是教育工作者意识上的原因和教师个人的原因两个方面。Since the Department of Education and the Department of Finance jointly put forth the ＂Quality Project＂ in 2007, it was in bad need of research to figure out the issue of college student resources and particularly its desolation. The desolation of college student resources, which assumes various forms and be due to certain invisible and in - depth causes, generally consists of such three aspects as the desolation of hardware resources, the desolation of human resources and the desolation of invisible resources. As for the in - depth reason of these desolations, however, mainly lies in the quality and conscientiousness of the teachers and other teaching staff.
