摘　　要：当前社会，教师的专业发展成为教育改革的热点话题。教师共同体是教师专业发展的动力和趋势。以江西师范大学为例，对网络环境下教师共同体的模块进行详细的设计和改进，具有较好的操作性和推广意义。In current world, professional development of teachers becomes a hot topic of education reform. Teacher community is the driving force and trends of professional development of teachers.We draw up taking Jiangxi Normal University as the example to modify and redesign the teacher community under the network. It will present good maneuverability and deserves to popularization.
