摘　　要：目的调查邯郸市食品中铝污染现状,为控制污染提供科学依据。方法样品经处理后,用铬天青S分光光度法测定铝含量。结果共检测68份样品,铝含量在<5.00～10522mg/kg之间。超过100mg/kg的样品占50%。结论油条、海蛰、粉条铝污染情况较为严重,有关部门应加强监督检测。[ Objective] Tn investigate the Aluminum pollution in food in Handan City, and provide scientific evidence for pollution control. [ Methods] Aluminum content in samples was determined by chrnme azurol S spectrophotometry after treatment. [ Results] A total of 68 samples were detected, Aluminum content ranged from 〈5.00 - 10 522 mg/kg. 50% samples were over100 mg/kg. [ Conclusion] Aluminum pollution is serious in cruller, jellyfish and vermicelli. The related department should strengthen supervision and detection.
