摘　　要：通过对8种不同果蔬汁运动饮料的营养指标进行测定,对照国家标准,利用属性识别法进行分类属性识别,并记分排序,建立一套较为合理的量化综合评价体系.该法可用于研发产品的质量量化评价与筛选.Comparing with the national standard of sport drinks, the determined data about some nutritional indexes of eight samples of fruits and vegetables juice sport drinks were classified, recognized, scored and arranged using the method of attribute identification, in order to establish a sound comprehensive assessment system in the evaluation of sport drinks. This method can be used in the quantitative assessment and selection of the research products.
