摘  要:高等学校实施聘任制改革是高校人事制度改革的重要举措之一.基于对政策理解的不同以及具体情况的差异,教师职务聘任制改革出现了多种不同做法,也引发了理论界的高度关注.从教师职务聘任制的内涵、理念分析出发,结合高等学校教师职务聘任制改革实际,提出兼顾效率与公平的良性运行机制.Institutions of higher learning colleges and universities to implement appointment system reform is an important measure of reform of the personnel system.Based on the difference in the understanding of policy as well as differences in the specific circumstances,teachers office appointment reform emerged a number of different practices,but also caused great concern in the theoretical circle.In this paper,from the views of the connotation of teaching post appointment system,the concept of analysis and combined with the reform of higher education for teaching post appointment,the operation mechanism considered both the efficiency and fairness is proposed.
