摘　　要：文章结合当前高职学院的实际情况,对如何积聚学院多方力量做好教书育人工作展开了论述。分别从专任教师、学生辅导员及管理工作者、其他服务人员等多个角度对教书育人工作进行了分析,并提出了建议。Combined with the practical situation of the higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the ways to gather various forces of the college to do the teaching job well, including full-time teachers, students＇ advisors, management and other service personnel. Also, some suggestions are put forward.
