摘　　要：礼仪教育有利于促进大学生的社会化,提高社会适应能力;有利于对大学生进行思想道德教育,提高思想道德素质;有利于大学生建立良好的人际关系,促进心理健康;有利于对大学生进行人文知识教育,提高大学生的文化素质等。高校如何有效开展礼仪教育,取得良好的教学效果,是个值得我们共同研讨的课题。Etiquette education is beneficial to the promotion of the socialization of students in colleges and universities to improve social adaptability; to the ideological and moral education for students to improve the ideological and ethical standards; to the establishment of good relations and mental health of students; to the humanities education to enhance the cultural quality, and so on. It is a common topic of discussion about how to carry out effective education of etiquette and get good teaching results in the colleges and universities.
