摘　　要：给出了二次极大ｐｄ—子群为２—闭且ｐ—幂零的有限群的一个完全分类。In this paper, the author presents a complete classification of the finite groups whose every non-maximal proper pd-subgroup is 2-closed and p-nilpotent, where p is the smallest odd prime divisor of the order of the group.
