高等医学教育的“生态位”困境及其出路

摘　　要：“生态位”是自然界生物物种的一种存在形式。“生态位”原理对高等教育发展具有普遍性意义。当前，高等医学教育的“生态位”存在不同程度的问题，医学院校的生存与发展面临着困境。因此，医学院校必须找准自己的“生态位”，尽量减少重叠，在“生态位”的平衡与和谐之上寻求发展。＂Niche＂ is an objective existence of natural biodiversity. ＂Niche＂ theory has an universal significance for the development of higher education. At present, the ＂niche＂ of higher medical education exist various degrees of problems and confusion, and the survival and development of medical universities face difficulties. Therefore, medical universities must find its own ＂niche＂ and reduce overlap, and get its development above the balance and harmoniousness of ＂niche＂.
