摘　　要：加强教学培训是帮助青年教师提高教学能力的必要途径。北京大学口腔医学院根据本院青年教师的特点，对其进行教学技能培训，取得了良好的效果。本文对此进行了总结，并对今后口腔医学师资的培训进行了思考。Training of youth teachers＇ teaching skills is the necessary way to help youth teachers improve their teaching ability. Based on the teachers＇ trait, Peking University School of stomatology trains the youth teachers and yield good results. Now the school has gathered plenty practice experience on teacher training. By summarizing the experience, we try to put forward some thoughts and ideas on the training for the future.
