摘　　要：本文旨在制作延边黄牛肉色、脂肪色标准图谱,为建立延边黄牛胴体分级标准的前提条件,进而促进延边黄牛产业逐渐走上标准化、科学化、产业化的轨道。The purpose of this article was to make Yanbian cattle flesh and fat color standard map.In order to provide a prerequisite for the body grade standard of Yanbian cattle,then, this paper promoted Yanbian cattle industry to go to the standardized＇scientific and industrial path.
