摘　　要：通过对企业人力资源特点的分析与比较,指出了决定企业人力资源配置和影响人员流动的若干因素。在此基础上,运用人工神经网络理论建立了对应的人员流动预测模型,同时利用Matlab软件对模型进行了仿真分析。Firstly ,based on the analysis and comparison of the characteristics in human resources department business process,we point out a number of factors concerning human resource allocation decisions. Secondly,it establish a corresponding prediction model according to Artificial Neural Network Theory and analyze the model by simulation software Matlab.
