摘  要:作为冲击压路机牵引主机主要减振环节之一的驾驶员座椅悬架系统,其振动特性不仅与整车的平顺性有密切的关系,而且还对驾驶员的身体产生直接的影响。针对冲击压路机牵引主机座椅悬架系统与车的刚性连接问题,分析振动对人体的危害以及对此问题进行研究的必要性,讨论引起座椅振动的主要原因,建立三自由度的座椅系统数学模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink中进行座椅动态特性仿真分析。分析表明:冲击压路机牵引主机座椅的舒适性尚需进一步改善,以减小振动对人体的伤害。As one of important vibration damping mechanisms on tractor of an impact compactor,the operator's seat suspension system presents its vibratory performances not only having close relationship with the basic machine's smoothness but also producing a direct influence on the operator body.Aiming at the problem of rigid connection between the seat suspension system and the basic machine,damages on human body due to vibrations and the necessities to research the problem are analyzed.Main causes resulting in seat vibration are discussed.A 3D mathematical model is set up for the seat system and dynamic characteristics of the seat is simulated and analyzed with MATLAB/Simulink.The analysis shows that the seat comfort of tractor of an impact compactor needs to be improved further in order to lessen bodily harm.
