职业教育集团的发展困境及应对措施

摘　　要：近年来,我国涌现出了大量的职业教育集团,职业教育服务社会经济的能力大为彰显,但是职教集团也面临着组织结构过于松散,校企合作的深度、广度不够,校际合作形式单一等困境。对此,应通过集团内建立信息联络沟通制度,创新校企合作模式及完善法律法规等措施予以应对。In recent years, emerged a large number of vocational education groups, vocational educa- tion services has demonstrated the ability of the socio-economic, but vocational education is also facing the Group organizational structure is too loose, school-enterprise cooperation in the depth, breadth enough, the form of a single inter-school cooperation and other difficulties. In this regard, should be set up through the group communication system, contact information, innovative school-enterprise cooperation model and improve laws and regulations and other measures to deal with.
