摘　　要：人是社会性的动物,人的发展过程就是人的社会化过程,个体在社会化的不同阶段,社会心理成熟水平也有差别,并且会对其学习有一定的影响。成人教学需要基于学员的心理特征,本文主要探讨成人社会心理成熟水平,以期给予成人教学一些启示。Man is a social being, the development of man is the process of socialization, at different stages of development, people are affected by different social environment, with their varying psychology. The Adult Education is based on the mental characteristic of the students, this article will pay more attention to the social psychological maturity of adult students, in order to make some enlightenments for Adult Education.
