面向能力培养的软件工程实践教学体系

摘　　要：为了解决软件人才培养教育与实践脱节、工程能力与创新能力较低等高等教育存在的主要问题,在总结国家示范性软件学院软件工程专业建设与改革的经验基础上,论文对工程型软件人才能力培养的目标与途径进行了分析,构建了面向能力培养的软件工程实践教学体系,给出了软件人才能力培养的实践课程体系、教学模式与过程以及相适应的工程教育环境,上述结果在实践中不断验证与改进。实践表明,论文较为全面、系统化阐述了工程型软件人才能力培养教育体系的主要要素,能够很好地指导软件学院人才培养的教育实践,人才能力培养的效果显著。For the purposes of solving the main problems of disjointedness between software talent education and practical operation and low engineering and innovation ability existing in higher education, this paper gives an analysis on the objectives and approaches of how to cultivate the ability of engineering software talents based on summarizing the lessons of state exemplary software institute on the aspect of specialty construction and reformation. It has also constructed the software engineering practice system which focuses on ability orientation, then put out the practice curriculum system of software talent ability education, as well as the adaptive industrial education environment in accordance with education patterns and processes. All resuhs above have been validated and improved by real practice in the Software Engineering School of Beijing Jiaotong University. The final results shows that the present paper states thoroughly and systematically the key elements of ability education of software engineering talents, gives efficient guideline to conduct education practice in software engineering schools and all results above are proved effective in talent ability education.
