示范性高等职业院校计算机类专业学生培养新模式

摘　　要：本文在国家进行示范性高等职业院校建设的背景下,依托本校计算机专业的建设,针对目前高等职业院校计算机专业学生培养模式已经不能满足企业需求的情况,提出了对于高等职业院校计算机专业学生培养的新模式——"公司式"培养模式,由分流制、项目制、导师制等组成。在新的培养模式下,学生掌握的技能是企业所需,不需要接受二次职业培训,提升了职业素质。该模式有效地连接了企业与学校,使学生一毕业就能够直接融入企业文化中,在相近专业中也有很好的推广作用。The paper raises the viewpoint about new mode of training computer students in higher professional colleges and universities, company pattern under the background of national model vocational college in our country. By the contrast, the current pattern can＇t meet the enterprise need. The viewpoint is based on our construction of national model vocational college. It is composed by the separate system, the project system, the tutorial system etc. In the mode, students can have the abilities that companies need, so they can promote their professional qualities, and companies need not train them again. And it can effectivey connect companies with schools while students can work well with others after graduated from the vocational collegs. At last,other specialties can profit from the mode.
