摘 要:以两自由度可控连杆机构系统为研究对象,针对电机转子偏心时不均匀的气隙磁场,分析其实际运行状态的机电耦合关系,应用有限单元法建立系统的机电耦合非线性动态模型。并利用此模型,借助多尺度法,对系统由伺服电机电磁参数激励作用下的主共振进行分析,得到系统在此情况下的一阶近似定常解,揭示系统主共振机理。The 2-DOF (degree of freedom) linkage mechanism system is investigated. Based on the air-gap field of non-uniform airspace of motor caused by the eccentricity of rotor, the electromechartical coupling relation in the real running state of motor is analyzed. And the electromechanical coupling dynamic model of the system is established by the finite element method. The dynamic equation is the bases on which the primary resonance properties of the system caused by electromagnetic parametric excitation of the servomotor are analyzed by the multiple scales method. The first-order stationary solution is obtained under that condition. The characteristics of primary resonance of the system are disclosed.
