摘　　要：自学考试的改革和发展在新的形势下,尤为迫切。本文从自学考试的功能拓展,创新质量评估机制;准确定位,创新专业建设与管理机制;以人为本,创新学习服务体系等三个方面对自学考试管理体制创新进行了探讨,提出了对策措施。It's urgent to reform and develop the self-taught examinations under new situation.This paper studies its management system from the following three aspects:to expand its function and innovate quality-evaluating mechanism;to settle orientation and innovate major construction as well as management mechanism,and to put people on focus and innovate the study service system.Furthermore,the paper puts forth some countermeasures.
