摘　　要：新世纪要大力发展高等职业教育,明确适应我国经济和社会发展的高等职业教育培养目标,确定新时期高等职业教育人才培养规格,提出人才素质要求。In the new century,Higher Vocational Education must be developed greatly.Training Objectives should be made clear to adapt to our economic and social development.So should defining talent standards and quality of Higher Vocational Education in the New Century.
