SERVQUAL在学院教育服务质量管理中的应用思考

摘　　要：本文介绍了SERVQUAL模型的主要内容和特征,提出学院教育服务质量主要是教育服务过程的质量,探讨了二级学院教育服务质量的主要内容,提出借鉴SERVQUAL模型开展教育服务质量调查、制定相关服务质量标准、提高相关人员素质等管理教育服务质量的措施建议。This paper introduces the contents and features of SERVQUAL scale,considers that the quality of college education service involves mainly the quality of the process of education service,and analyzes the contents of the quality of college education service.Then suggestions for applying SE- RVQUAL to quality management for college education service such as making quality investigations of ed- ucation service,establishing services quality standards and improving the quality of the staff involved etc are adviced.
