四种食用菌子实体不同部位组织分离菌丝长势对比  被引量:10

摘  要:对平菇、香菇、真姬菇、双孢菇四种食用菌子实体不同部位用不同方法进行组织分离,并对其在三种培养基内菌丝生长情况及污染情况进行了比较。结果表明:未经消毒的菇体比经过消毒的菇体组织分离菌丝成活率高,污染率低。未经消毒的同一菇子实体的不同部位菌丝在同一培养基内其生长速度及长势存在着差异,而且不同培养基对四种菇菌丝的长势也有显著的影响。By culture of tissues separated from different parts of fruit body of four species of mushrooms: Pleurotus ostreatus,Lentinus edodes,Hypisizzzygus marmoreeeus and Agaricus bisporus,the growth of hyphae on three differ-ent kinds of culture media and by two different separation methods were studied.The results showed that the rate of survival of the fruit bodies disinfected were higher than the fruit bodies which were not disinfected.The growth tendency of the hyphae separated from different parts of the same fruit body not disinfected were different.And the growth tendency of hyphae of the different parts of the four fruit bodies cultured on different media was different.
