摘  要:在市场经济的负面影响下,高职教师的理想信念淡化、育人意识不强、职业道德观念淡薄,影响了高职教育的改革与发展。因此,高职院校要将师德建设置于教师队伍建设的首位,通过营造良好的师德建设氛围,完善师德建设的激励与约束机制,倡导教师树立修身养德的自律意识,强化人本管理等措施,充分发挥教师教书育人的作用。Under the negative impact of market economy,there are some problems on teachers′morality in higher vocation education,such as the teachers′ ideal faith are desalting,teachers′ cognition of cultivating talents isn′t strong,and the professional moral is dim,which influenced the reform and development of higher vocational education.So higher vocational education should take the construction of teacher morality as the primacy and adopting such measures as building favorable atmosthere,consummating inspiriting and inhibiting mechanism,advocating teachers setting up self-discipline consciousness,strengthing humanity management to exert teachers′ function of cultivating talents completely.
